Check Valve Lapping

Manual check valve lapping requires a circular oscillating motion, inducing fatigue and possible Carpal Tunnel Syndrome to the operator.

An Airstroke actuator is used to raise the valve seat into contact with the ball lap, and a rotary table turns the actuator counterclockwise to duplicate the oscillating motion.

The actuator applies consistent, yet adjustable pressure to the lapping throughout the motion cycle.
